The net is set to regain first-class scorers in almost two months.
Cam Thomas, who missed the last 20 straight games with a tense left hamstring, has been removed from Brooklyn's injury report.
He is expected to be able to participate in Friday night games against the Visiting Trail Blazers.
“We all know exactly what Cam Thomas will do when he gets back there. Trendern Watford recently said. “The way he scores is different. He can get to the line and manipulate the defense, he is definitely one of the best scorers in the league. …We know what CT does. CT will get to that.”
Thomas is the Nets' main scorer, averaging 24.7 points.
He met coach Jordi Fernandez's offseason challenge, where not only did he defend, but his efficiency, his shooting percentage and effective field goal percentage (.503) both improved career highs.
“CT is daily so you guys will see him. I can't say the exact day, but he did a great job,” Fernandez said of Thomas. “He plays 5-5 and looks good. Obviously, it won't happen anytime soon if it's recalibrated to the actual game. [we’re] I was excited to get him back at some point soon. ”
Apparently, Friday and Portland will arrive “soon.”
Thomas' first live action will be marked since January 2nd when he scored 24 points at 21:52 in Milwaukee.
He poured two games in Orlando with 25 points.

Thomas has appeared twice in Golden State since he injured his hamstring on November 25th.
However, he was cleared in a full 5-5 practice last week, posting over the weekend that he is approaching a comeback.
“It's fine,” Thomas told the Post. “I'm just taking it with their plans, and we'll see.
“just [go] Every day I see and see how I feel. …I'm just watching how my body reacts, I know that when I feel better, you can see me there. ”
The shooting guards look for a strong finish heading for restricted free agency.
Keon Johnson has essentially started since Thomas' first injury.
Returns suddenly become a big lift for the team in a play-in hunt.
