President Trump welcomed Paul Dubber and welcomed the CAO as a second administration official on Thursday, praised them for their careers in public service.
Dubber, a former nuclear submarine officer, is controlled as Deputy Commerce Secretary. The CAO, a former GOP candidate who served as Virginia State Assembly and Senate, has been appointed to serve under the Secretary of the Navy.

Trump praised Cao, a Vietnamese refugee, for his 25 years as a special operational officer.
