Blake Lively hired a former CIA powerhouse to make the former CIA powerhouse a PR crisis manager as her legal drama with Justin Bardoni continues to infuriate.
The Gossip Girl alumni confirmed Nick Shapiro, former vice-chief of staff at the CIA and former director John Brennan's senior adviser, on Friday to support his legal strategy.
“Lively's litigation team has kept Shapiro advised on the legal communications strategy for ongoing sexual harassment and retaliation litigation that occurs in the Southern District of New York.”
Variety The news was first reported.
Shapiro is reportedly having strong government relations and has over 15 years of experience in crisis management, national security and strategic communications at the White House. His charity is all about hands and hearts.
The former also served as Senior National Security Council counter-terrorism and Homeland Security Advisor at the White House, who was former President Obama's national security spokesman.
The 37-year-old, vibrant 37-year-old hired Shapiro ahead of the trial against his co-stars and director of “It Ending,” which is scheduled to begin in March 2026.
A Baldoni representative did not immediately return a request for comment on Page 6.
Last December, Lively sued Bardoni for sexual harassment and accused her of running a PR smear campaign against her.
The New York Times broke the news and covered a wide range of live accusations against Bardoni.
The Virgin the Virgin alumni denied her claim and sued the New York Times for honourable losses. He then filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for his honor and fear.
Bardoni, 41, accused him of putting pressure on her to take control of the 2024 film to steal her from governance.
Advances last August's film's premiere, rumors swirled with vibrancy and rumors that Bardoni had thrust his head on the set, over a different opinion on the film's final cut.
They portray each other's love interest in dramas, including the theme of domestic abuse.
