LA is where their hearts are.
Kelly Stafford took her to Instagram on Saturday in response to Friday's news that her husband, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, is staying in Los Angeles on a restructured contract after a brief affair with the Giants and the Raiders.
“There's no place like home. @Rams,” Kelly captioned the photo on Instagram of her husband, who thrusts his tongue out in celebration during a Rams game.
Stafford, 37, was at the heart of trade rumours, following the Rams' divisional round playoff ostar to the final Super Bowl champion Eagles in January.
He was initially treated by the Rams by the Lions in January 2021.
Stafford won his first Super Bowl with the Rams in February 2022, taking part in the playoffs for three of the past four seasons.
According to recent reports, the Rams' playoff exit prompted the team to give Stafford permission to talk to other clubs.

Stafford's Buzz reached the fever pitch this week at the 2025 NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis, with the Giants and Raiders emerging as the forefront of his service.
The Giants, desperately looking for a franchise quarterback, discussed a $90-$100 deal with Stafford, Paul Schwartz of the Post confirmed Friday.

The first overall pick from Georgia in 2009, Stafford began his professional career in Detroit. There, he and his wife Kelly started a family that boasted four daughters.
Kelly, who married Stafford in 2015, spoke to trade chatter earlier this month on the popular podcast, The Morning After After.
“I love the city of LA…and I love the life we've built here.” Kelly said. “That being said, I love adventures. I'm everything for it. Now, if the Rams decide they want to trade him, or if Matthew doesn't want to play for the Rams, I'm fine. Move my family, yeah, that can be difficult – the first month is hard. It's not easy to move them… But I have four girls with four built-in best friends, so it's not that difficult.”
Although the Giants' pursuit of Stafford was lacking, the quarterback has a well-known relationship with the franchise as his brother-in-law, Chad Hall, was hired as assistant quarterback coach earlier this month.
Stafford led the Rams to the NFC West title in 2024 after throwing 3,762 yards, 20 touchdowns and eight interceptions in 16 regular season games.
