Bodybuilder Jodi Vance dead: Trainer says she made ‘serious error’

Bodybuilder Jodi Vance passed away last Thursday after suffering a fatal heart attack in Columbus, Ohio.

Vance was only 20 years old.

Vance's family posted on social media the reasons behind a heart attack at the Arnold Sports Festival.

“Her heart stopped due to severe dehydration complications,” reads the post from Vance. Instagram page. “Despite all the efforts of the hospital, they were unable to make a comeback here.

“She is a beautiful person both inside and outside and is overlooked every day. This was sudden and unexpected. Give her family time to handle this loss peacefully. If anyone takes anything from now on, put your health first.”

Vance was there to help mentor those doing so, not the Arnold Sports Festival to compete on stage. TMZ Sports.

Vance coach Justin Mihaly claimed in an Instagram video that he knew the reasons behind the fatal dehydration, which ultimately led to a fatal heart attack. It is a “very dangerous substance.”

“Jody made a serious mistake.” Miharry said in the video. “Jody has used two extremely dangerous substances to improve his physique. I'm assuming it just for the Arnold Expo.

Miharry said he agreed to post an Instagram video from Vance's mother Jenny, explaining what he believes has led to severe dehydration.

“If you believe that we can respect Jody the most, I welcome you to put your responsibility on me,” Miharry continued in the video.

Vance recently came third in the 2024 NPC battles in the Women's Physical Division.

Vance used her fitness page as a place to show her physique progress and provided motivational quotes to her followers.
