The Burbank Police Department reportedly arrested “Big Brother” star Mike ‘Boogie’ Malin for misdemeanor theft Jan. 29.
Officers were dispatched to multiple CVS Pharmacy locations in the San Fernando Valley for reports of multiple shoplifting incidents, TMZ reported Wednesday. Law enforcement officials said an employee from the first CVS location told police he had confronted Malin outside the store and told him to pay for the items he had allegedly taken, according to TMZ. He said the reality star went back into the store with the items, placed them on the ground, and proceeded to leave the premises in his vehicle, according to TMZ.

Police suspected multiple stores may have been targeted, so they dispatched a unit to a second CVS location, and discovered Malin’s unoccupied vehicle outside of the store, according to TMZ.
The reality star’s vehicle was running with the hazard lights on and, after a few minutes, Malin reportedly walked up to the police officers and was promptly detained.
