Warren Sapp said he has plenty of Pat McAfee to expand his “wild story” from the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis last week.
The exterior of “Your pre-match show” On Thursday, the Hall of Fame and current Colorado assistant coach begged McAfee to “stop the lie.” And specifically called the story she shared on the ESPN show about Ohio State quarterback Will Howard.
Last Friday, McAfee said His sources told him Howard made a drop-back at about 11pm in the parking lot of a hotel in downtown Indianapolis, throwing a deep ball.
“They want to emit a big stench [Colorado quarterback] Chedur [Sanders] Don't throw [at the combine]But what about running backs not running? What are you talking about here? ” Sapp said while discussing players who were overly analysed at the combine that was under the microscope. “And you'll hear these wild stories about quarterbacks from Ohio in the parking lot and throw the ball. Stop. Stop. Stop the mistake.
“No one is there at 11am not throwing the ball into Indianapolis. It's freezing cold. We were all there in the beginning of February. Don't throw it outside without parking, Pat McAfee. Stop lying. Come on. “Well, my source told me, 11pm.” Man, just stop. Please stop. Please stop. I had enough. ”
Sapp added that players pulled away in the combine are “the most demonic things you can enter.”
Last Friday, McAfee also denied that Ohio State was on Howard's salary due to the ongoing coverage of the quarterback that led to Notre Dame's national championship in January.
“I think Howard is ready to come out here and make a big impression,” McAfee said. “I'm not talking to Will. I'm not talking to Will people. I don't know them very well. A lot of people are asking, 'Hey, Pat, did Howard leave you guys to your salary?” no.
“We happened to be in all these games where he played the best ball. And he's the big son of a bitch. And whenever you talk about getting bigger, when you talk about having a moxie, when you talk about things that you like, and when you talk about things that you can put the ball on the dot, is that something that doesn't seem to be what we're looking for at quarterback?”
McAfee has covered each of Ohio State's four college football playoff games as part of ESPN's Field Pass Simple.
Howard was selected as the 2025 CFP National Offensive MVP; Appeared at McAfee's show The day after the game.
