Plane voice recorder failed to capture final moments of jet crash in Philadelphia neighborhood

The cockpit audio recorder known as the “black box” crashed shortly after takeoff from Philadelphia Airport did not record the final moments of the aircraft, and the cockpit audio recorder from the plane, which killed seven people, said in a preliminary report released Thursday.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released a preliminary report on the January 31 crash crash that was tied up by two pilots, two crew members and Missouri, who killed two pilots, two crew members, 11-year-old pediatric patient Valentina Guzman Murillo and her mother and pedestrian on the ground.

More than dozens of others have been injured.

The crash made fireballs and sent rap shots through the residential area where the plane crashed.

The NTSB said it was in the air less than a minute before the plane went down. During the investigation, authorities found an audio recorder under eight feet of dirt and debris.

“After extensive repairs and cleaning, a 30-minute tape-based recording medium auditioned to determine what it was,” the report said. “The CVR has not recorded an accidental flight and it was determined that it is likely that the CVR has not recorded audio for several years during the audition.”

Murillo was in Philly and was receiving life-saving treatment for spina bifida. Fox Philadelphia It has been reported.

“The plan was to take them home and survive the rest of her life surrounded by love and her beloved family,” said Susan Marie Fagino of his Wing Ranch, who has been supporting the family for the past five years.

Investigators determined that Learjet 55 would take off at 6:06pm and head to Springfield Branson National Airport in Missouri. The flight moved southwest, slightly before turning left at a peak altitude of 1,650 feet, the report says.

The flight was in contact with air traffic control and did not receive any calls for difficulties, investigators said. The plane is believed to have hit commercial signs during the descent, leaving behind a 1,400-foot field of debris.
