Let's compare LeBron James to Michael Jordan.
The injury was a 111-101 defeat for the Lakers of the Celtics in Boston. He was LeBron's awful flop as he tried to attract a foul on Jason Tatum in a play that he barely moved.
Two minutes into the fourth quarter, LeBron was brushed in the middle, at best, after Jason Tatum passed him. In response, James grabbed her chin and threw it to the ground.
I didn't buy an Oscar Caliber performance from James.
LeBron left the match later in the fourth quarter with what was called a gro caliber injury.
“Lakers star LeBron James set out in the fourth quarter with 6:44 left in the fourth quarter and the team was causing tension in the left gro caliber and never returned,” ESPN reported. “James downplayed the injury, saying, “I'm not too worried,” and vowed to “go every day” when treating it.
“It's too early to project an exact timetable on how long James can be out until he gets medical imaging. But one source says the initial idea is that the injury will put James aside for weeks rather than days.”
LeBron James is the game's greatest goals scorer ever and one of the best players in NBA history. But given the complete coronavirus he brings to the game by repeatedly throwing it on the floor without being touched and insisting on taking a public stand on political issues, he is the most hated superstar in any sport of recent memory.
