The Heritage Foundation has released a report that found that the majority of official documents signed by President Joe Biden are Autoopen Signature, questioning whether they “actually ordered the signature of related legal documents.”
“Anyone who controlled the Autopen managed the presidency. We gathered all the documents we could find during the course of Biden's presidency. Everything used the same autopen signature, except for the announcement that the former president had dropped out of the race last year. The Heritage Foundation Surveillance Project writes.
Autopen signatures are completed by machine rather than by hand.

The Surveillance Project has published three examples of Biden's signature, including two executive orders and an announcement of a president who was bored since the 2024 presidential election. The two executive orders signed, one of which was signed in 2022 and the other in 2024, showing the same signature, including what looks like a line, followed by “R. Biden Jr..”
Biden's signature on the document announcing his departure from the 2024 race differs from the other two posted by the Surveillance Project, showing a signature that is less clear than the signature of an executive order.
Biden's actions and inferior debate performances against President Donald Trump have become abandoned by his own Democrats.
Special adviser Robert Hurr, who investigated Biden for misinterpreting documents classified as a vice president, said he would not recommend criminal charges against the president. He called Biden “a sympathetic, well-meaning, older people with poor memories.”
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey demanded in March that “cognitive declines will allow unelected staff to push radical policies without knowing their approval.”
“There is deep reason to suspect that Biden's staff and political allies have exploited the mental decline of issuing presidential orders without knowing their approval,” the letter to the Department of Justice read.
