Cooper Flag's mom is deeply involved in longtime Duke Wunk's rivalry.
Duke completed a regular season series sweep with Arch rivals with an 82-69 victory at Chapel Hill on Saturday, with Flag dropping 15 points, grabbing nine rebounds and handing out six assists.
One play in particular became a viral moment for Flag's mother, Kelly.

At the end of the game, Flag dribbled by the defender from almost half the courtroom to a fierce two-handed slam. Kelly attacked the crowd with a “head top” celebration, slamming her on the top of her head, yelling, “In his f— ing head!”
That moment quickly went viral, Kelly Addressed in a Facebook postjokingly thanking him, “I'm ready to ride Dawn” and “I'll be happy to start.”
Kelly admitted, “Anyone who was mad at my language caught up in a moment of celebration” and “it wasn't my best look.”
“But if you actually knew me and were a real friend of mine, you weren't shocked,” she added with a laughing emoji.

But then she added why the emotions came out. It was clearly due to the “roughness” of UNC fans in the game.
“It was a very intense situation we were taken in and as we proceeded towards the arena, we were amazed at the crudeness of the UNC fans. They continued to harass. [sic] What's worse is that in our direction, and in our 18-year-old son and his teammates are gushing out throughout the game,” Kelly writes.
“The celebration was a moment when our kids and Laos were proud of a big f-you across the Carolina fanbase because they were classless A-holes. [poop emoji]. I wish you good luck next time! Go to the Duke. ”

During the regular season, Flag averaged 19.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists, finishing the season as a top-ranked team in the country on his way to the Blue Devils.
They now win the ACC title before heading into insanity.
