The wife of “Ghost Adventure” star Ahlong Dwin posted a photo of herself hugging her pet cat a week before she allegedly tried to plan the murder with the help of an incarcerated convicted murderer.
“Hugging my boy,” Victoria Goodwin captioned her Instagram posts.
The creepy image shows the paranormal investigator's hand on Victoria's legs, relaxing on the couch, with the cat.
She also posted a photo of her smiling face with Goodwin on a Valentine's Day mini golf date in Las Vegas.
“Mini Golf with My Valentine,” read her post on February 14th.
“Ghost Adventure” star, 48, was blown over his wife when he showed Victoria's midstroke with the caption “My Valentine's Always Beat Me with Mini Golf.”
On March 6, 32-year-old Victoria was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit murder and murder in an investigation that allegedly unearthed a plot of evil murderers through messages with inmates at an unreleased Florida prison.
She is said to have been sending messages to inmates identified as inmate Grant Amato since October 2024. Get by TMZ.
Amato killed his family in 2019 after stealing $200,000 to wire cash to a Bulgarian woman he spoke to on an adult website.
He is currently serving a life sentence at Tomoka Correctional Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida without the possibility of parole.
The convicted murderer was featured in the Paramount+True Crime Documentary “Ctrl+Alt+Desire.”
According to TMZ, police said Victoria saw the documentary and told them that while she was behind the bar, she became a penpal with Amato.
She reportedly offered $11,515 to pay for the job, and police claim Victoria paid a $2,500 down payment to kill her ghost hunting husband.
Victoria also reportedly gave information about her husband's location and told Amato to give it to the hitman he was communicating to stop killing.
The 48-year-old paranormal investigator was reportedly filming a “ghost adventure” in California when the hit was intended.
“He's asleep in his hotel room now… I need to know what's going on. Can I get an update? Is it over?” According to police, the inmate texted the Hitman.
It is unknown what happened.
Victoria denied that she wanted to kill her husband.
She was in custody on $100,000 bail and appeared in the first court on Tuesday. Clark County Jail Records show.
Goodwin is said to have been “blind and devastated at the turn of events” and “he thought he was in a happy marriage.” TMZ.
The couple tied the knot in a ghost mansion in California's Disneyland in August 2022 and lives in Las Vegas.
The paranormal cameraman is best known for his role alongside paranormal investigator Zach Bagan in “Ghost Adventure.”
Bagans told TMZ that it was “an emotional time” for his ghost hunting co-stars, and that “he is trying to give him love and support.”
They have been working together in the public eye since Goodwin, Oregon and Bagan, Illinois, before moving to Nevada in 2005 to pursue filmmaking, and since the premiere of Ghost Adventure in 2008.
