Women Should Get ‘Immunity to Commit One Murder’ Due to Rape Epidemic

The head of the female wings of India's secularist opposition proposed to commemorate International Women's Day that the country should provide immunity to all women for one murder in response to the widespread rape of girls and women in the country.

Rohini Cars, or NCP-SP, of the secularist nationalist parliamentary party (Sharad Pawar), I wrote it In a letter to Indian President Draruloupadi Mahm on March 8, women in the country said, “want to kill oppressive mentality, rapist tendencies, and inefficiencies in law and order.” To do this, she implies that the woman must kill the man.

The NCP-SP is one of several political parties opposed to the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). This is part of the Indian Union led by the Indian National Congress, the largest opposition party in the country, and is usually called the Parliament.

In a letter to Murmu, Khadse referenced the recent gang rape of a 12-year-old girl by five men in Mumbai. Reportedly, girls I said Police say she ran away from the home when a neighbor approached her and convinced her to come to his house where he and four other men gang-raped her.

“The incident occurred two days ago in Mumbai, and I believe this may be around the country,” Cars wrote. “In the World Population Review Survey, India ranked the most dangerous country for Asian women in terms of safety and security.”

“We are demanding immunity (from punishment) to commit one murder on behalf of all women,” Cars wrote. “We want to kill oppressive mentality, rapist tendencies, and inefficiencies in law and order. We hope that our demands will be granted after giving serious thought.”

Political leaders added references to Indian women throughout their history of participating in the war to protect the country.

“As their kingdom was in danger, heroic women such as Maharani Taralani, Punishrok Ahiriyadevi Horkar pulled out their swords in the defense of the people,” she recalls. “We face a different kind of danger. Why are women late today?”

Indian criminal law include A provision that allows self-defense, including murder, if deemed necessary. These cases require trial to determine whether the court is a legitimate case of self-defense. Khadse appeared to be seeking a policy that would allow women to avoid legal procedures to verify self-defense.

In addition to the legality of self-defense, some women known to use violence against rapists have received public praise from the police.

“The presence of heart and courage that survivors show is praiseworthy,” India's Deputy Director Sanjay Kumar Pandi told reporters in September, explaining a case in which nurses use surgical blades to cut doctors' genitals and allegedly appear to be a plan for gangsters.

Khadse's party supported her letter. Her letter supported Hindu nationalists – routinely ignoring reports of violence against women and harsh non-Hindus persecution. Rejected. NCP-SP spokesman Clyde Crasto I said In a statement that the BJP government “needs to find out why Khadse made this request.”

“Women are being pushed against the wall, and no one is taking their help. Such things are now manifested in their minds, as women are desperate for a peaceful atmosphere,” Krust explained. “Kers speaks of anguish in women's minds.”

Khadse joined other members of the NCP-SP to protest the rights of women in Mumbai this weekend, chanting slogans such as “Self-Defense Education opposes anti-women's violence,” including “Curriculum.” Police reportedly detained several women at the event, according to the party.

“Today is Women's Day, and while the government is talking about women's dignity everywhere and blessings women, no one in the government has even had five minutes to listen to women's suffering,” Cars said in a protest.

Hindu nationalist Prime Minister Narendra Modi It is marked By handing out their Twitter accounts to six prominent Indian women, they can pass International Women's Day, and share their stories and generally seek more support for women.

The Modi government has long faced criticism over the years due to the rise in rape, domestic violence, murder and other crimes against women who have not taken any obvious actions by law enforcement. Rahul Gandhi, the opposition leader of parliament, once ock ha ha Modi's “make India” domestic production campaign in 2019 proposes renamed “Indian rape”, and accuses BJP officials of denounce Gandhi and suggesting that rapists visit the country for a favorable rape environment. Gandhi did not apologise and instead released rape statistics domestically.

For many years, the US State Department has warned American women to take additional precautions domestically as cases of rape and other crimes against women have risen.

Police document rape and murder cases across the country, as well as cases that span economic class. In August, particularly tragic, the body of a 31-year-old resident doctor was found to have been amputated in a seminar room at a hospital in Kolkata and later raped and brutally killed. Her rape and murder occurred during the hospital's surgery. This means that other healthcare workers and patients were present in the complex during the attack.

Police arrested the man in connection with the murder, but Sanjay Roy was identified as a “civil volunteer” who routinely impersonated police, and has a long history of domestic violence, and it was discovered that the phone carries a massive amount of violent pornography. It is not clear why Roy was admitted to the hospital. Because he does not seem to have anything to do with the patients there, he was not employed by the hospital, not the patient himself. Dark testimony of the state of the country follows news of residents' murders soaring in India, and searches on Google for the phrases “rape video” and “rape porn” and using the name of the victim after it was leaked to the media.

The lawsuit prompted nationwide protests by doctors and other healthcare workers demanding safe working spaces. The short-lived strike has neutralised domestic clinics and hospitals.
