The fugitive was captured by Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is now facing a suspected vehicle murder charge in Tarrant County, Texas, and is allegedly killed 30-year-old Daniel Cruz, the father of a seven-year-old girl last year.
This week, ICE agents announced the arrest of 24-year-old Guatemala Joel Sac Tumblis, who was deported from the US in 2018. Sactumblis was taken into custody in Victoria, Texas, and is currently facing a vehicle murder charge in Tarrant County.

Daniel Cruz's wife Megan told Fox 4 News that she has felt like she has lived in another universe since her husband's death.

Police have been looking for Sac Tumblis since the fatal hit and run after it allegedly abandoned the Honda Civic he was driving at the time. Police said the vehicle was filled with open alcohol containers.
