Full prelim, main card picks for Vettori vs. Dolidze

Nevada warehouses are active as the vertex hosts another UFC Fight Night.

There are 13 massive slates right after a big pay-per-view match that many people were unable to actually buy. If you watched Magomed Ankalaev-Alex Pereira Live last week, you were one of the few people, thanks to the PPV issues on ESPN.

Saturday's cards are expected to be less interesting as the promotion brings together the fight with big favorites at potential squash spots.

It's never easy to bet when you don't think the loser is competitive, but alas, we're here.

Fight cards begin at 4pm and the entire event will air on ESPN+.

Marvin Vettori vs. Roman Dolidze Betting Preview

It's not the best main event we've seen as Vettori appears to be back into the octagon and back into orbit after nearly two years of layoffs.

The Italian will match Dolidze, the opponent he previously fought and beat in March 2023.

Is this battle different?

Well, Dorise had a distinctly poor cardio in that first fight, picked up away with a stretch blow, but Betri moved through the octagon, won the strike and won by decision.

Dolidze talked about how this fight is in better shape, but when I see it, I believe it.

Vettori does a good job defending Takedowns (69%) and can be expected to wither from there as long as he avoids going to the mat in the first round. He is not one of these university chain grapplers.

Recommendation: Vettori by decision (+120, fan duel)

Chidi Njokuani vs. Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos

Kickboxer's Njokuani has the advantage of size and the accompanying clinch work to make this fight appealing to bet on the Welterweight of the underdogs.

The 6-foot-3 Njokuani should be able to fit Dos Santos (5-11) in a place where he can't punch back.

If Santos appears to close the distance, Njokuani can take advantage of a powerful clinch game that has been adapted to other fighters in the past.

The Njokuani has good sharp elbows, strong knees and punching power. His game is usually lacking in the grappling division.

If Dos Santos chooses grapple, Njokuani can join on a rough night. He doesn't do it often, so I'm here supporting the underdogs.

Recommendation: Njokuani Moneyline (+170, DraftKings)
