The illegal aliens released to the United States by former President Joe Biden's administration are now accused of beating their two-month-old daughter in Nassau County, New York.
This week, 20-year-old illegal alien Marlon Lavanales – Guatemala's Plexanzin Arrest He was then charged with two-degree murder of his two-month-old daughter, Liseyda Rabanales-Barrios, one of the first babies born on March 7th.
“I want you to think this guy shouldn't be in this country,” Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder said. “This guy should not have had a child with him in his residence. And I can't imagine what he did to this child. Enough is enough. We've now stopped this. We can't have it anymore.”
Nassau County Police say the first responder discovered Lyseida suffered a head injury and was told that Lavanales Perisanzin had tumbled out of bed. Lavanales Plexanzin later told investigators, “I didn't respect or want the child, so I defeated Laiseida.
Police alleged that Rabanales-Pretzantzin slapped Liseyda all over his face and repeatedly punched her in the abdomen, throwing her into bed before putting weight on her chest.
Lavanales Plexanzin was the first to cross the US-Mexican border near El Paso, Texas in 2022. Border Patrol agents arrested Lavanales Plexanzin and released him to US interiors while awaiting his deportation hearing as he headed to the sanctuary of New York.
Rabanales-Pretzantzin pleaded not guilty to the murder charge. He maintained police custody and the Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) placed a detainee on him.
