From executive orders and memos to legislation and amnesty, Joe Biden has signed many documents.
Or did he do it?
A recent report from the Heritage Foundation's surveillance project suggests that Joe Biden's signatures on almost all official documents, except those withdrew from the presidential race, are identical and likely created by Autoopen.
This raises doubts the legitimacy of his signature, particularly considering his undeniable cognitive decline during his four-year term.

Liz resembles “fake” an autopen.
“Who was supplying those papers to the forgery devices? Who was the decision that Autoopen should sign these documents against Joe Biden? Did Joe Biden know that forgery versions of his signatures were used in these directives, memorandums, administrative orders and parts of the law?” she asks.
But the most important question is, “Is this legal?”
“I argue that there is a very strong argument that documents signed by autopen are not constitutional compared to the US president. Liz says that the only scenario that justifies automated signatures is if the president breaks his hand and fails to physically sign the document, that's not justified.” And even so, he'll need video proof that he will supply the documents to an autopen machine.
Liz has absolutely no confidence that Biden “had been cognitively degraded even before he was first elected” knew all the documents he had signed.
“I'm not sure Joe Biden knew what the Autopen was signing in his name, I'm not sure Joe Biden even knew who was supplying these documents to the Autopen,” she says. “So I would like to ask that the US Congress respectfully request this to be investigated.”
Liz needs to question a few names that need to be questioned, including Ron Crane, Jill and Hunter Biden, Susan Rice, Antony Blinken, John Podesta, and of course the “Puppet Master” himself, Barack Obama.
“According to the surveillance project, it appears that there is a real signature from Joe Biden.” That's because it's in the documents announcing their withdrawal from the race. [announcement]? “When I asked Liz, Biden pointed out that he almost certainly didn't post the announcement to X himself, but he didn't write or agree with it.
“It's all fake,” she says.
this morning, President Trump has declared Biden's AutoPepen signature “invalid, vacant and ineffective.”
To some, especially those who were recipients of Biden's last minute pardon, it appears that trouble is being brewed.
