Rep. Tim Burchette (R-Tenn) has arrived A fierce debate During his ongoing legal battle while appearing on CNN on Tuesday morning, the Trump administration will be with a federal judge who ordered the recent suspension of deportation.

Judge James Bourseberg Expression His dissatisfaction with the deportation of illegal immigrants labelled as gang members in El Salvador despite an order to suspend flights to determine legality calling the Alien Enemy Act of 1798.

'cnn, stop taking their side! What's the problem? ”

When host John Berman pushed him against Burchett about whether President Donald Trump thought it was right to send a flight to El Salvador, Burchett said he was right and he couldn't believe the judge was “protecting a bunch of criminals.”

“He's not on any side yet. All he's done is staying here in the White House actions, so he can honestly review their novel use of alien enemy law,” Berman said.

“Oh, come on. The difference between God and these judges is that God knows that he is not one of these judges. They are rog arrogant. They practice this all the time. [judge] Do it, everything will totally raise hell. …It's ridiculous that everything takes away a bunch of murderers,” replied Burchet.

“This isn't a question about the media. No one is here,” Berman insisted, saying all he's doing is asking the Constitution and what Burchet will do to the White House.

“It seems to upset you. I'm just trying to get your position on this,” Berman continued.

“I think what's confusing me is that everyone on CNN is taking the far left side on a continuous basis. That's why your ratings continue to plummet. And I don't understand why you do that every time. “Stop taking their side, CNN! What's wrong with you?”

When most Americans said they didn't agree that Berman “spewed out,” the CNN host replied, “The only spew is the one who can't stop now.”
