UFC featherweight Blythe Mitchell believes he is fighting against the opponent he owns.
Mitchell became a fan favorite with his impressive wrestling and jiu-jitsu skills, jumping out to the 15-0 record and shooting the UFC rankings.
Moreover, Mitchell gained more infamous for his strong support of Christian values and his first American mentality. In May 2024, Mitchell made the headline when he said he wanted to homeschool his kids to avoid being “gay” or “communist.”
But Mitchell got off to a rough start until 2025, after receiving a lot of criticism about the comments he made about Adolf Hitler on his podcast.”Arkansanity. ”
UFC President Dana White quickly denied Mitchell's remarks, but did not fire him – calling the fighter “silly” and “ignorance.”

At the beginning of March, Mitchell exchanged the language virus at a UFC 314 press conference. There, his opponent, Jean Silva, gathers a crowd against Mitchell, chants “f***Blythe Mitchell,” and barks him.

The featherweight conflict certainly reflects the arguments between light heavyweight fighters Jiri Prochazka and Alex Pereira last summer.
Prochazuka, a Catholic in the Czech Republic, said former champion Pereira had used Brazilian shamans, spiritual powers and rituals to win the battle. Unfortunately for the Czechs, Pereira's use of spirits pushed him to two wins against Pro Chazka.
But perhaps Pereira's magical powers have been dry ever since, as they recently lost to Russian Magamed Ankaraev.
