Texas Janitor Gets 6 Years for Spreading STDs by Peeing in Office Water Bottles

HOUSTON, Texas – The admin who worked at a medical facility in Texas was sentenced to six years in prison this week after urging a woman's water bottle to spread sexually transmitted diseases. The man infected at least 13 women.

Houston prosecutors accused 57-year-old Lucio Catalino Diaz of aggravating the attack with a deadly weapon after applying and spreading other bodily fluids to a bottle of water provided to a Houston area clinic building. This week he pleaded guilty to one count and received a mild six-year sentence in a state prison. The remaining cases involving other women, involving other women, were dismissed as part of a judicial agreement, according to court records obtained by Breitbart Texas.

The indictment said Diaz urinated or touched his penis and body fluids into a bottle of water and placed them on the woman's desk. A resident of New Canyon, Texas, reportedly contracted herpes and hepatitis A. It has been reported Immediately after the incident in October 2022.

Court documents obtained by Breitbart show that several worse attacks with deadly weapons have been dismissed on “technical” grounds. The incident was rebooted in 2024. The sentence, signed by 339th District Judge Teiba Bell, shows that the defendant was sentenced to six years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He earned 880 days of his time at the Harris County Jail while awaiting trial. He was eligible for parole in 215 days.

A woman working at an East Houston area medical building became suspicious after she tasted and smelled a bottle of water left on her desk. She later placed a hidden camera to look at her desk, Fox26 reported. The video shows Diaz, who worked for a cleaning contracting company, approaching the desk. He begins rubbing his penis inside the water bottle and “even turning it upwards to ensure it comes into contact with the water,” the article says.

When he was ultimately faced with police, Diaz was reportedly admitted to the crime and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The deadly weapons were his urine and other bodily fluids.

By January 2023, at least 13 women have reportedly tested positive for STDs, the article said. The woman filed a lawsuit against the cleaning company where he worked, the owner of the medical building and the management company. The law seeks $1 million in damages.

Diaz signed a judicial and judicial confession for the crime during his plea bargaining process. The Harris County District Clerk's website lists Diaz as a US citizen. However, in the warning letter document signed by Diaz and his lawyer, the lawyer made some marks highlighting the paragraph warning of the outcome of non-US citizen immigration. Diaz also signed that he spoke Spanish and let the translator review the documents with him.

Breitbart Texas contacted the immigration officer to find out if Diaz is a US citizen and if Ice had a record for him. Immediate responses were not available at the time of pressing.

A written statement from one of the victims said that “his unpleasant behavior left many of us with permanent health concerns.”
