McNeese March Madness sensation Amir Khan hangs with Spike Lee

Among the most unlikely stars of this March madness was Amir “Aura” Khan, student manager for MacNice.

Before McNeese's second round match on Saturday, Khan was portrayed with Spike Lee, and CBS Broadcast said he received more than 100 calls from companies trying to work with him, including a “low 6 feature” NIL offer.

He already has contracts with Buffalo Wild Wings, Danipic, Insomnia Cookies and Tops Trading Cards, and will be featured on his card for a limited period of time.

According to CBS, Khan is known for leading the team in a boombox that blows up “No Switch” by NBA Youngboy.

The boombox tradition began earlier this season, but went viral last month when the team's social media accounts posted a video.

“It's exciting our guys and our guys are ready to get off to a fast start,” McNeese State coach Will Wade told CBS.

And the team's cheerleaders wore socks on Khan's face for the Clemson game.

Khan said he was surprised at what had happened earlier.

“That means a lot,” Kern told Fox Sports after his first round victory. But I'm trying to do what I'm doing for the team and really focused on helping them do what they can in court. ”

That includes doing the dirty work of Khan focusing on the school bio.
