Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie mourn the death of their family's dogs.
Kylie announced on Instagram on Saturday that their Irish wolfhound, Baloo, has passed away.
Soon the mother of four revealed an emotional perspective from her three daughters.
“When I told the girls that Baloo was leaving us, Ellie asked where he was going.” Kylie captioned her post. “He told her he was going to heaven and she replied, “Yeah! He'll be with Winnie again! They'll be so happy to see each other!”
“We were fortunate to spend seven years with the goofy, sweetest, most adorable, generous dog I've ever met. He was nothing more than a carb and a pet. He was a simple guy, and he held it together with bubble gum and paper clips.
“I'm already missing you.”
Another dog in the family, Winnie, passed away more than a year ago in March last year.
Kylie shared the news about Baloo a day before her 33rd birthday.
Jason's younger brother, Travis Kelse, commented on the two crying emojis in the post.
“My heart is directed towards you!!!” their mom, Donna Kelse, added.
Kylie is currently pregnant and expects a fourth child with 37-year-old Jason later this summer.
The couple will celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary in April.
Jason played 13 seasons in the Eagles' NFL and won one Super Bowl before retiring last March.
His beloved bird defeated Travis' chief at Super Bowl 2025 last month.
