Sam Carrick could miss Rangers’ game due to personal reasons

LOS ANGELES — The Rangers may not have Sam Carrick for the first time against the Kings this Tuesday.

Carrick has established himself as a crucial bottom sixer, centering on the generally effective fourth line, but according to the club he did not accompany him on a blues shirt on Sunday “for personal reasons.”

It's said that “everything's good,” but it's unclear whether the 33-year-old, whose value exceeds 18 points (6-12), will make it for the match.

Brett Bellard, a healthy scratcher from Saturday's match against the Canucks, skated on the left side of the fourth line with Matt Lempe on the right and Matt Lempe, who shifted from the wings from the wings.

Blues Shirt recalled Nicholas Orb Cubell of Hartford to provide roster insurance.

The 28-year-old Abe-Kubel played for Washington manager Peter Laviolette two years ago.

He will count the third of four recalls where the blues shirt is allowed until the Wolfpack season is over.

The sixth spot on defense looks unstable. Ulhovakanainen appears to be planning on third consecutive healthy scratching after being acquired from Anaheim on a Jacob Truba deal on December 6th and being a staple in the lineup.

Getting the third round deadline, Carson Sussy appears to be poised to skate in pairs with Adam Fox for the third straight game, as he is a healthy scratcher from his previous three games.

And Calvin De Hahn, who came to New York as part of a Colorado deal involving Ryan Lindgren and Jimmy Visy, will be scratched for his ninth consecutive contest.

De Haan has played three games with BlueShirts and scored four goals.

“Unfortunately, Vaaks plays really well for us, I like him and did Calvin De Haan when he came for us, and here we have eight advocates,” Laviolette said. “This is what I said before, you're making a decision, Verks was in, Susie and De Hahn were out, we went to some games and now we switched.

“I thought Soucy was coming in and finding the system. I actually thought his game was pretty good. There's always something we'll come back and teach, but it's fine with one of the defenders we have here.

“But there's a decision,” the coach said. “We actually had Soucy there, so we'll see.”

Rangers are 4-1-1 on the road in the last six times and 1-4-1 on the yard in the last six times.

Overall, Bruce Hart is 17-17-3 on Broadway and 17-14-3 from 33rd Avenue.

The Rangers finally got 18-14-9, earning less than half of their home games during the full 2018-19 season.

They have not had a losing season in the yard since the misfortune of 13-21-3-4 from 2003 to 2004.
