Democrat Jasmine Crockett laughed at Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.

On Saturday, Crockett (D-Texas) made a statement in Human Rights Campaign (HRC) 2025 Los Angeles Dinner – She chuckled Abbott (R-Texas) in her speech.
“Listen, if you've ever paid attention to me, I always know that I'm speaking and then something else will happen,” Crockett began. “And we're going to make some comments and then something else is going to happen.
“Morgan (Morgan Cox, a committee of HRC directors) said, “What do you need?” Many people look at you in front of you and fight, but “What do you need to keep that fight?” “So, Morgan, we're on these Hot A** Texas Street, so thank you so much.
“And the hottest thing about him is that he's a hot A** mess, honey,” she continued.
In 1984, when Abbott was 26 years old, he went out jogging when a large oak tree cracked and fell on his back along his path.
“The doctors split into his spinal cord, his rib bone broke, and several crushed vertebrae were discovered in the damage to a critical organ,” says Abbott's website.
Crockett's statement sparked rage on social media, with many users blowing up lawmakers.
In response to Crockett's remarks, one user stated: “It's a really low blow. Abbott is a great guy who has sadly been locked up in a wheelchair since he was paralyzed in 1984.
“What a nasty dishonor!” another user wrote.
Last week, Crockett spoke about Elon Musk, saying, “All that happens on my birthday is that Elon is defeated. I learned that, like serving on the Doge Oversight Committee, only one person the person in charge understands now, and that language is money.”
Attorney General Pam Bondy says, “This is a domestic terrorist attack, and now you're asking for this MP Crockett to attack Elon Musk on her birthday. Let's take him to my birthday.” Well, she needs to step on very carefully, as she is an elected civil servant. Because we will fight to protect all Tesla owners in this country.
