Rep. Elise Stefanik framed the incredible move to withdraw his appointment as UN ambassador as a necessary strategic decision for President Trump in the interests of the greater Republican Party that he is “prideful” that she is part of it.
The New York Republican told Fox News' Kaylee McKennanny, who was hosting “Hanity” on Thursday, this was his first official duties since the president announced the nomination was being withdrawn.
“I'm doing it as a leader to get a grasp of this mission and to be able to deliver these historic results,” continued Stefanik.

New York's 21st Congressional District official said she has “multiple conversations” with Trump about his decision and is “committed to getting results on behalf of Americans.”
“I'm proud to be a team player. The president knows that.”
This is a broken story. Please check for updates.
