Cuts Made to Operations, Communications

In January, the newspaper on the left flagged its intention to let go of at least 115 employees (more than 20% of the newsroom alone). As reported by BreitbartNews, one of the largest staff members in the newspaper's 143-year history has been cut.

Senior editors, photographers and members of the video unit were part of the purge of conflict that echoed elsewhere throughout legacy media.
