Ferrari has brought a series of upgrades to Bahrain, the SF-25, including a new floor. There was hope from teams, including Hamilton, but hope that the upgrade would increase both downforce and performance, which has not yet been realized for the seven-time driver champion.
Hamilton even apologized to his team on the radio after qualifying, he admitted Sky Sports F1.
“It's my performance, it's just my poor performance,” Hamilton asked why he apologized. “There's no reason, [I’m] I'm just not working. ”
Still, Hamilton sounded brighter when assessing his chances on Sunday.
