Bill Belichick, Jordon Hudson UNC emails revealed with ‘predator,’ nepotism fears

Bill Belichick, whose North Carolina emails are official records, asked him to copy them to all emails sent to him by his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.

This also leaves Hudson’s response to official UNC mail as a matter of public records.

And some of their fears are revealed as Athletics got an email It shows a couple expressing concern over fans’ comments on the team’s social media pages. While Belichick implies that he is called a “predator,” Hudson worries that Belichick recognizes his son Steve as nepotism as defensive coordinator.

“Who wants to monitor UNC Football pages for defamatory commentary and then remove/block users who are reluctant to BB in comments?” Hudson wrote in a February 13 email for each athletic.

“I can’t believe UNC will support me being called a ‘predator’,” replied the next day, 72-year-old Belichick.

The school could not find any mention of Belichick being called a predator, the report said.

Evans, UNC’s senior associate athletic director and Evans of Foreign Affairs and Strategic Communications, informed the couple that the school “continues to hide and erase comments about personal life and block, ban or hide similar statements.”

Regarding “predator concerns,” Evans called “it’s incredibly inappropriate and, as mentioned below, UNC will never support it.”

Steve Belichick, 38, worked for his father with the Patriot for 12 years. Before becoming Washington University’s defensive coordinator in 2023, Bill broke up with Pat and became Washington University’s defensive coordinator.

With the father-son duo reuniting, Hudson hopes the school portrays Steve as someone who works on credit.

“Steve Belichick is actually Bill’s son, but he should be portrayed and represented as his own established and trustworthy entity, as opposed to an extension of the bill,” Hudson wrote in a December 22 email. “It can be easily misunderstood that Steve simply benefits from nepotism, but not. Steve was fortunate enough to have learned defensive football strategy from the ‘big defensive mind’ of all time.

Hudson further expressed his desire to prevent the school from using pictures of father and son together and avoid calling Steve “Bill’s son.”

“It’s worth highlighting that Steve has experience as a defensive coordinator at university and brings a lot of knowledge to the coaching staff,” Hudson wrote. “I believe being strategic about Steve’s portrayal will hinder the controversy and raise the greatest respect for Steve’s career and examine Bill’s decision as head coach to hire Steve.”

Bill’s other son, Brian, recently joined the school as a defensive back and safety coach nine years later, including last year, despite his father and brother leaving the team.

According to Athletic, there was no mention of Brian in the email. Hudson’s email signature states that she is “Chief Operating Officer of Belichick Productions.” Athletics could not find registered business records.

Two months ago, on his “Pablo Torre Found” podcast, Torre described Hudson as Belichick’s “De Facto Agent,” and used that “power” to join a Dunkin’ Super Bowl commercial with Belichick.
