A democratic senator said if President Donald Trump does not secure the return of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, he would “go to El Salvador to show solidarity.

Garcia, who lived in Maryland, said she was illegally in the country and that the Trump administration has ties to the MS-13 gang.

“I don’t know if the president was in the country at the time,” added Van Hollen. “I also want to visit this infamous prison and see Abrego Garcia and let him know that his family and friends are very concerned about him like me.”
CBS News reported Garcia is being held at the Terrorist Confinement Centre in El Salvador.
