A Maryland judge who ordered the Trump administration to return MS-13 gang members who were mistakenly deported to El Salvador last month to return MS-13 gang members allegedly deported by mistake, determined she would not retain government officials for violating her orders for the time being, but warned against further “gamemanship.”
“We have to give both parties a process, but we’re going to move,” US District Judge Paula Sinis said at a hearing in the Green Belt in court on Tuesday afternoon.

Abrego Garcia, who lived in the old Rhine state, was sent to his country last month by the Trump administration, along with 260 other reputable gang members under the alien enemy laws of the 18th century.

The federal government claims that Abrego Garcia is part of the vicious Salvadoran gangster MS-13, and that he is illegally in the country.
However, the move to launch him opposed the 2019 immigration order and blocked the removal to his home country, which would have been targeted by rival gangs, like Barrio 18.
However, the judge did not prohibit him from being deported to other countries.
The High Court also found him wrongly deported and directed the federal government to “promote” his return. The Supreme Court sent the case back to the lower court.
On early Tuesday, Abrego Garcia’s lawyers accused the Feds of failing to take steps to get their clients back despite the court’s orders.
His wife, Jennifer Vazquez Sula, also said on Tuesday that she is working hard to achieve American dreams for his family when her husband was taken before her young children.
“That dream was crushed on March 12, when he was lured into the US government in front of a five-year-old child and disappeared,” she said.
“Today is 34 days after this loss. I will not stop fighting until I see my husband alive.”
Abrego Garcia’s team filed a lawsuit to fight for his return.
On Monday, President Trump met with El Salvador President Naive Buquere in his oval office.
“I hope I’m not suggesting that terrorists smuggle into the US,” Bukere said. “Of course I’m not going to do that.”
