A member of the illegal alien MS-13 gang was convicted of raping her Maryland mother, 37-year-old Rachel Morin, in August 2023, and dying with a BL laugh.
Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, an illegal alien from El Salvador, is also a member of the violent MS-13 gang and was convicted this week by Maryland ju judges for murder, first-degree rape, third-degree sex crimes and temptation.
Martinez Hernandez is currently facing life in prison without the possibility of parole. During his trial, Martinez Hernandez refused to testify about his rape and murder charges against him. The ju-degree judges in the case deliberated in less than an hour.
Morin’s family lawyer Randolph Rice told News Nation that he was relieved that the verdict had returned to guilt very quickly.
“Patty [Rachel’s mom] Rice said. “Obviously, I think this was a bit of a relief. I think it was a long 19 months, but this certainly doesn’t change the fact that Rachel is still dead and obviously never will ever see her, but it could be a hurdle they have overcome.
Rice pointed out that when the verdict returned to guilty, Martinez Hernandez showed no emotion.
“It was like a guy, a big deal, a cold face on a stone. I didn’t register what happened to him,” Rice said.
in post On the true society, President Donald Trump criticized Rachel’s “fake news” for not focusing more on “beautiful life and tragic death” than Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia, a member of the MS-13 gang, who was recently deported to El Salvador, as “fake news.”
“A while ago, an illegal criminal allowed in our country by the bent Joe Biden was convicted of the heinous murder of Rachel Morin,” wrote Trump. “Rachel is a beautiful mother of five from Maryland, and her life was taken away by a monster who shouldn’t have been here in the first place.”
“The fake news should focus on the beautiful life and tragic death of this Maryland mother, not actually a member of the MS-13 gang and a foreign terrorist in El Salvador,” Trump continued. “We will never forget Rachel Morin and are committed to protecting women like her throughout our country. We will deport illegal killers, rapists and criminals. We will make America great again!”
House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Greene (R-TN) issued a statement, pledging the conviction and pledging to remedy the issue of illegal immigration “to ensure that it doesn’t happen again and ensure that other families don’t need to experience this heartache.”
“Now that justice has been offered to Rachel Morin’s murderers, we remember her and embrace her family, especially her five children, and all the families of victims of illegal alien crimes in our prayers,” Greene said. “The refusal of the Biden-Harris administration to enforce the law over the past four years has resulted in around 2 million known gotaways at the southwest border. Tragically, Rachel’s murderer was one of these individuals.”
Similarly, Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem said that without former President Joe Biden’s border policy, Rachel is still alive today.
“She was a victim of an open border policy that prioritized illegal aliens over the safety of American citizens,” Noem said. “We have heard too much in mainstream media about the stories of gang members and SOBs of crime-injured corporations, and we don’t have enough about the victims.”

In August 2023, Rachel went for a walk on the MA & PA Heritage Trail in Harford County, Maryland. When she didn’t return home, her boyfriend, Richard Tobin, reported that she was missing. The next day, her body was found on the side of the trail.
On June 15, 2024, the Tulsa Police Department arrested 23-year-old Martinez Hernandez, an illegal Salvadoran alien with ties to the MS-13 gang, in connection with Rachel’s murder.
Martinez Hernandez has killed Morin, who was cruelly raped, brutally raped, brutally strangled and strangled, in what has become known as the most horrifying case in Harford County history.
On three occasions in 2023, Border Patrol agents arrested Martinez Hernandez twice in January in New Mexico and Texas and in February in New Mexico. Each of them was returned to Mexico.
After he last returned to Mexico, Martinez Hernandez crossed the border to California, where he allegedly assaulted the woman and her child. He later traveled to Maryland where he raped him and murdered Rachel.
Before crossing the border, Martinez Hernandez was accused of murdering a woman in her hometown of El Salvador after leaving behind a victim and a bar. The woman’s body was discovered a few days later.
Martinez Hernandez was among millions of illegal aliens who crossed the border undetected by border patrol agents during the Biden administration.
Martinez Hernandez’s judgment court date is not scheduled. The Morin family lawyers say they expect to be in prison without the possibility of parole.
