ABC News EDITED Stephen A. Smith interview on presidential bid?

In an exclusive interview with ABC News, Stephen A. Smith discussed the possibility of running for president. But “fearless” Jason Whitlock has noticed a clear mistake in an interview. That is, ABC and Disney may have edited the footage to support him.

“Did you catch it? Did you find an example of this clip being edited?” Whitlock says. “Early, there’s a small gap there like 30 seconds out there, I think Stephen A and they edited the clip. That’s a Kamala Harris type edit.”

Whitlock points out that Smith also works for ESPN, a Disney product. This is a curious connection. Especially considering that the interviewer didn’t ask him one difficult or important question.

“They pay $20 million a year to talk about sports non-stop. Stephen A., considering your job, what you’re doing, and how much you focused on sports, what is your qualifying as president of the United States?” Whitlock asks as if he’s interviewing him.

“Why isn’t that the first question?” he asks. “Why do they go to ‘Stephen A., what’s your reaction to what Donald Trump is doing?’ ”

Smith certainly has the right to criticize the president, but he doesn’t believe Whitlock is not just criticizing the president while he plans to run for his future position.

“I mean, seriously. Stephen A. Smith works for ESPN. He’s an employee. He runs a big company and oversees a lot of people who either have 100 people who report directly to him or have a lot of people who have a direct report to him,” says Whitlock.

“He’s sitting on TV talking about sports, and now he’s flirting with the idea of becoming president of the United States,” he adds.
