Boasberg V. Trump
a Federal judge On Wednesday, he said he discovered that last month he could hold the Trump administration by emptiing the two planes deporting immigrants to El Salvador. This is a major update coming as tensions between the Trump administration and the judiciary have reached fever.
In the 48-page order, US District Judge James Boasberg said the court held that the Trump administration had demonstrated “willfully ignored” the March 15 emergency order.
Boasberg had also ordered all planes bound to El Salvador to be returned to US soil “quickly” but that didn’t happen. Later that night, hundreds of immigrants arrived in El Salvador.
