Pam Bondi insists alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s family is ‘safer’ now he’s gone

Attorney General Pam Bondy argued that the family of MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia was “safeterial” after being deported by the Trump administration to Salvador’s infamous MegaPrison.

The 29-year-old father, who accidentally departed from the US last month due to administrative errors, was accused of physically abusing his wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sula in 2021.

Abrego Garcia’s wife was still pushing him to be brought back to the US, but Bondy suggested that his family would be better without him.

“He’s gone so America is safer,” Bondy told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Wednesday night.

“Maryland is safer because he’s gone. And the woman he’s married to and the children he was with her are safer than tonight because he’s leaving our country and sitting in El Salvador, where he belongs.”

Her remarks came shortly after Trump administrators released details of a protection restraining order that he filed in front of the then-Infant on May 4, 2021 after the domestic incident.

In the order petition, Vazquez Sula claimed that her husband punched, hurt and grabbed her during the ordeal.

“I was looking at my laptop and he cried out to me to turn it off, I was not sleepy, angry, closed and closed and threw my laptop on the floor, and the baby started crying as he was putting pressure on him. [immediate] The reaction was to push him away from us, and he then punched, [scratched] She detailed it in her own handwriting. According to the petition.

The Department of Homeland Security posted a screenshot of the order on X, stating that Abrego Garcia was “a history of violence and that the media was not the “Maryland man” portraying him.”

Bondi also released evidence of Abrego Garcia’s alleged connection to MS-13.

It comes after the US Supreme Court has granted the Trump administration that Washington was deported due to administrative errors, and then Abrego Garcia orders him to promote his return from his hometown of El Salvador.

Abrego Garcia, who left El Salvador at the age of 16, was given a protective order in 2019 to continue living in the United States and was never charged or convicted of a crime.

His lawyers denied the Justice Department’s claim that he is a member of the crime gangster MS-13.

Despite acknowledging the “clerical error” of Abrego Garcia’s deportation, the White House argues that it should still remain in El Salvador.

His wife argued for her that the protective order she applied for several years (later rejected) was not justification for booting him from the US.

“That’s not justification for ice’s actions to acquiesce him and deport him to a country where he is supposed to be protected from deportation,” she said.

“Kilmer has always been a loving partner and father, and I will continue to stand by him and demand justice from him.”

When Vazquez Sula called for protection from Abrego Garcia in 2021, she added that after surviving domestic abuse “in previous relationships,” she “acted cautiously after her differences with Kilmer.”

“Things didn’t escalate so I decided not to track the civil court process. I was able to personally cooperate with this situation as a family, including going to counseling,” she said.

“Our marriage has become stronger over the next few years. No one is perfect, and marriage is not perfect.”

Meanwhile, Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen traveled to El Salvador on Wednesday to meet senior officials and defenders of Abrego Garcia’s release, but was told by El Salvador Vice President Felix Ulloa that he could not allow him to visit or call Abrego Garcia.
