Suspect Luigi Mangione The murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson On December 4th, 2024, the federal government was indicted in Manhattan.
The indictment filed against Mangione in the Southern District of New York accuses Thompson of stalking and murdering, using interstate travel, electronic communications and firearms.
Luigi Mangione will appear at Manhattan Crown Court on Friday, February 21, 2025 for a status hearing in New York City. Magnione has been accused of killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside the Manhattan Hotel last year. (Curtis is the means/pool)
