His friend and fellow pastor Tom Hatley said he reached out to Sullivan after he was rescued, and in their initial conversation he revealed he was “angry with Nico.” WVLT 8 It has been reported.

Sullivan’s wife told Hatley that the “bigest tournament” she had with her husband was that former Vols quarterback Iamaleava entered the transfer portal, and that she would not return to play next season.

“Hey, the boy was raised in eastern Tennessee, what can I say?” Hatley said happily.

Now that Sullivan has returned home, Hatley has requested a Vols head coach and organization on behalf of his friend.

“If Josh Hepel is listening to me or athletic director Danny White, let’s show this guy the team. Let him run through the T.

Running through the “T” at Nayland Stadium in Knoxville is a pre-game tradition in which the school’s Southland band form a “T” on the field, and a team led by Smoky The Mascot runs through it.

South Africa’s invitations have increased by more than 264% over the past decade.

Iamaleava was first reported to be a name, image, likeness or nil, a contract dispute with Tennessee, given that the Spring Transfer Portal, which opened on April 16, will open one day before Sullivan was rescued.

The 20-year-old Iamaleava reportedly earns $2.2 million for the 2025 season in the final year of his first deal signed with Tennessee’s Nil Collective and Spyre Sports Group. As a junior in high school, he put his pen on paper in March 2022.

Iamaleava skipped practice with the Vols last Friday and did not play in the Tennessee spring game the following Saturday.

A family friend reported that the quarterback’s absence was due to a “hold-out” or part of a negotiation tactic.
