“American employees struggle with mental health, and global political turmoil and current events are particularly tragic and harmful to how employees are manifesting in the workplace,” said Alyson Watson, founder and CEO of Modern Health.
These factors are bad enough, but another study also identifies that the majority of Americans are concerned about the prospect of losing jobs this year.
Unemployment loom

81% fear they will lose their jobs in 2025, and 20% of them are “all worried” that they are more unemployed in 2025 than a year ago.
