Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen revealed that Kilmer Abrego Garcia had been moved from El Salvador’s infamous Secott prison to a detention center with 25 other inmates – with better conditions.
Van Hollen meets with Abrego Garcia, who has admitted that the Trump administration was accidentally deported, and says he was left “traumatized” after facing threats at the CECOT facility.
Van Hollen also accused the El Salvador government of planting two margarita glasses between him and Abrego Garcia and making them appear as if they were enjoying their slow cocktails for the meeting.
