Attorneys Request Deportations of Venezuelan Migrants Be Stopped

The Venezuelan immigrant lawyer, suspected of being a member of Tren de Aragua (TDA), requires judges to ensure that their clients are not deported.

In court documents filed Friday, lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) requested that US District Judge James Boasberg “issued a temporary restraining order.” According to ABC News.

Venezuelan immigrants are reportedly “in detention at a Texas detention center.”

The lawyers accused them of being “a member of Tren de Aragua,” saying “they submitted documents they say were the notices they received on Friday.”

In court on Friday, the lawyer filed a document describing it as a notice received from the immigration officer on Friday.

The document entitled “Notice and Warrant of Arrest and Removal Under the Enemy of Aliens” states, “You are… determined to be a member of Tren de Aragua.”

“You are determined to be the enemy of foreigners who are subject to anxiety, suppression and removal from the United States,” the notification states. “This is not a removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act.”

“Plans are ongoing for an impending deportation flight of US forces,” a US official told the outlet, while an ACLU lawyer wrote, “Last night, officers told the police that they would be removed within 24 hours.”

In an emergency motion to the immediate ruling, ACLU lawyers cited an ABC News report reporting that plans for an imminent deportation flight of US forces are ongoing under the AEA.

“Last night, the officer told class members it would be deleted within 24 hours. “Based on information and beliefs, individuals have already loaded the bus.”

As reported previously by Breitbart News, in a 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court lifted the block out of Boasburg, preventing the Trump administration from banishing suspected members of illegal alien gangs.

President Donald Trump invoked alien enemy laws in March to allow for the rapid removal of illegal Venezuelan immigrants suspected of being members of the TDA.

Nick Gilbertson of Breitbart News reported that Stephen Miller, deputy Chief of Staff of the White House, revealed “there are thousands of Tren de Aragua members,” or that his peers and affiliates left behind in the US.

“We will continue to send foreign terrorist aliens to El Salvador and many other countries,” Miller responded when asked whether the Trump administration is planning to “strengthen deportation to El Salvador.”
