A Democrat delegation jumped on the bandwagon and headed to El Salvador on Monday, demanding that the Trump administration bring Kilmer Abrego Garcia, a member of the highly regarded gang, back to the United States.

“Trump is illegally arresting, jailing and deporting people who have no legitimate procedures. We must take the administration accountable for these illegal activities and demand Kilmer’s release,” Frost wrote to X upon the group’s arrival.

“It’s him today. Maybe someone else tomorrow,” he added.

It is unclear how the trip was funded, but James Kommer, chair of the House of Representatives’ Oversight and Government Reform Committee, denied the group’s request to use taxpayer funds “to meet with members of a foreign MS-13 gang who have been heavily suspected of human trafficking.”

The group returned home to receive backlash from members of Fed-up.

Another said, “How about working in Oregon? No one cares what an El Salvador man does in the Salvador prison. This is why he passed away in November. You learn nothing.”

The trip follows taxpayer-funded conference senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) with Abrego Garcia last week.

The Trump administration repatriated Abrego Garcia, 29, to his country last month.

Abrego Garcia was shipped in a gang bangger that outlined 260 other reputations after Trump quickly deported the group without hearing using 18th-century alien enemy law.

Several federal courts, including the Supreme Court, have told the Trump administration to return Abrego Garcia to the United States after revelation that he was deported as a result of “divide errors.”

Abrego Garcia’s lawyers argue that their clients do not have a criminal record to help them deport the country from the United States.

Justice Department lawyers argue that they are complying with an order to return Abrego Garcia by removing obstacles present in the US that prevent him from returning. However, they argue that they cannot force the Salvador government to bring him back.

The Trump administration said Abrego Garcia is engaged in human trafficking after being handed over to the Tennessee Highway Patrol on December 1, 2022, and found eight people in the car for speeding.

Despite Abrego Garcia and his eight passengers travelling from Texas to Maryland for three days, they didn’t carry any luggage, so the suspected trafficking responder was involved.

Abrego Garcia said he was detained in Temple Hills, Maryland, according to the memo.

Salvadoran citizens were let go of a quote to drive with an expired license.

But that wasn’t a break-in with his first cop.

Abrego Garcia was taken into custody in Maryland in March 2019 after being found wandering around with a confirmed MS-13 gang banger in a parking lot at Home Depot. Documents released by the Department of Justice.

“A reliable source with proven track record” also told detectives at the Hyattville Police Department that Abrego Garcia is a member of the Western faction of the MS-13, carrying the “Cecuo” rank and the “Cele” of the Moniker, according to an interview sheet with Gangfield.

When he was arrested, Abrego Garcia wore a Chicago bull hat and hoodie with a roll of cash covering the president’s eyes, ears and mouth in various denominations that “present Hispanic gang culture.”

“Wearing Chicago Bulls hats indicates that they are members of the MS-13 in good condition,” the police report read.

He was later taken to ice custody, but the immigration judge blocked deportation to El Salvador in October 2019 after determining that he was at risk of retaliation from the Barrio 18 Gunbangers.

So did Abrego Garcia Previously, he was accused of physically abusing his wife. Jennifer Vasquez Sula, a US citizen who has been pushing him back violently.

According to court documents, the woman asked a Maryland court to grant a protection order against Abrego Garcia in 2021.

His wife said last week that she only said she was acting cautiously after her disagreement with Kilmer, just in case things escalate.

“Things didn’t escalate so I decided not to track the civil court process. I was able to personally cooperate with this situation as a family, including going to counseling,” she said.

“Our marriage has become stronger over the next few years. No one is perfect, and marriage is not perfect.”

Abrego Garcia’s wife also said that Abrego Garcia’s alleged abuse “is not justification for his actions to accelerate him and deport him to a country where he should be protected from deportation.”
