Exclusive: Unreleased DOJ report indicates top Biden FBI official retaliated against underlings who testified against her

Surveillance project recently obtained
Unpublished Report The Justice Department inspector’s office appears to indicate that the top Biden FBI official has retaliated against her underling in cooperation with previous OIG investigations that found illegal activities revolving around workplace events.

Mike Howell, president of the Surveillance Project, told Blaze News:

The report also alleged that the top FBI official told employees who worked with OIG during a previous investigation that they “will not get another job” at the department.

Six of the seven witnesses interviewed by OIG reportedly testified that a top female FBI official said she felt “discomfort or inappropriate” about the previous OIG investigation.

“In the initial investigation, a senior FBI official from the FBI intended to sue everyone who provided negative information to the OIG,” the report said poorly.

She issued a statement about “returning to one individual for OIG’s testimony.”

OIG also received an anonymous complaint that showed that a top FBI official who appeared to have refused to sit for an interview with OIG’s office “regularly” boasted of the FBI Deputy Director. [Paul Abbate] I said [redacted] “He bows her head and the FBI will take care of her.”

The OIG report concluded that the FBI’s top civil servant “when it issued a statement about returning to one individual and litigation for OIG’s testimony, it violated the Bureau’s policy on non-retaliation to report compliance risks. OIG also concluded that Tyson “is engaged in non-professional conduct by making these statements and speaking. Blaze News contacted Tyson and DOJ for comment but did not receive a response by the deadline.

The FBI declined to comment.

OIG has released its 2021 report on clear violations of Tyson’s FBI policy.
