Gwyneth Paltrow has shunned the super-intensive paleo diet after years of avoiding bread, pasta and cheese. It reveals that she has become “a little ill” of lifestyle changes.

Known for her infamous approach to health and nutrition, the 52 founders of Goop admitted that she has grown into a “sickness” of the caveman diet that eliminates modern food.

“I went into hardcore macrobiotics for a certain period of time. It was an interesting chapter that made me so obsessed with eating very healthy,” she told her. “Goop” podcast Tuesday.

“I really deepened my connection with the whole philosophy of food and macrobiotics, which is essentially the way they eat in the Japanese mountains very locally and seasonally.”

“Lots of fish, vegetables, rice, no diary, no sugar, etc. I think I might have had something a little didactic about it,” the two moms added.

Paltrow previously detailed her meticulous daily life. This includes coffee that doesn’t “spike” blood sugar levels, your first meal of bone soup, or at noon, as we called “soup,” an early dinner of “a lot of vegetables” that suits a strict diet.

Between her two meals, she tries to go for a walk or follow Tracy Anderson’s training followed by a dry brushing and a 30-minute infrared sauna session, but still try to fit in an hour of “movement.”

The Oscar winner, who founded Goop in 2008, has been stuck on the diet for years with her husband, Brad Falchuk (54), a television producer.

“We were so surprised because we had this power in our hands, we treated ourselves well, hydrated, ate whole food, and felt better.

“Things got a little more complicated for me, and in the long run with inflammation and things, that’s why Brad and I became Pereo a few years ago.
