WASHINGTON – President Trump signed a memo Thursday, ordering an investigation into illegal “strodeners” or foreign funds that have flowed into federal elections following allegations that the largest democratic fundraiser platform accepted fraudulent contributions in 2024.
A senior White House official told the post that the memo allowed Attorney General PAM Bondi to donate to “dummy” accounts or foreigners to donate to democratic causes, and that they would give to other suspicious online contributions.
Trump repeatedly pledged to “securing” US elections before returning to the White House, and after taking office he signed previous executive orders for its effectiveness.
ActBlue approved the “more generous” standard during its last presidential election cycle, according to internal records obtained through the post.
“[D]According to a 478-page report from members of the House Oversight and Management Committee staff, ActBlue has not demonstrated serious efforts to stop fraud on its platform, including repeated cases of democratic campaigns and fraudulent donations to causes from domestic and foreign sources.
Until last year, liberal fundraising juggernauts did not mandate card verification values (CVVs) for debit, credit, or prepaid gift card transactions.
Also, mid-Election Year, ActBlue employees were told to “find a reason to accept contributions.”

At least 237 overseas transactions using prepaid cards were flagged between September and October 2024, according to the document.
Although a state-level investigation was launched previously, Wisconsin GOP strategist Mark Bullock allegedly in a bomb assault lawsuit last October that his identity was stolen to make 385 fraudulent donations to a liberal group, including then-President Kamala Harris’ super PAC.
ActBlue has been a key part of Harris’ rise to the top of democratic tickets since 2004, raising $46.7 million for a campaign to take over former President Joe Biden.
