The first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday night was full of surprises.

The Jacksonville Jaguars were the two biggest ones, with Heisman Trophy winners Travis Hunter and Chedure Sanders withdrawing a massive trade that was not selected in the first round.

The Jaguars kicked off the night with bangs, running a huge trade to rise for the hunters. The Jaguar traded the fifth overall pick, second round pick, fourth round pick and 2026 first round pick in exchange for the Cleveland Browns’ second overall pick, four round pick and sixth pick.

Dynamic Hunters are relied on becoming an instant star for the Jaguar team, which lacks star power.

The New York Giants made a splash when they traded back to the first round with the Houston Texans to choose Jackson Dart from Ole Miss instead of Sanders.

The Giants traded a pick in the second round (No. 34 overall), one of their third picks (No. 99), and a pick in the third round next year to score the 25th overall pick and the Select Darts.

Shortly after the Giants scored a Texans pick, the Atlanta Falcons were also traded for the first round. The Falcons traded a second round pick (No. 46), a seventh pick and next year’s first round pick for the Los Angeles Rams for a No. 26 overall and a third round pick for this year’s third round.
