Several Democrats who argued that “no one has surpassed the law” in the President Donald Trump case have now condemned the arrest of Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan, warning that it could threaten the rule of law.
“This isn’t normal,” Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. Dugan’s Tweet Arrest by the FBI proceeded with a lawsuit on allegedly obstructing the allegedly protecting Mexican immigrants from ice agents.
“The administration’s arrest in Wisconsin is a dramatic move that threatens the rule of law,” Klobuchar added, saying it is a “significant step and undermines our system of checks and balance.”
During Trump’s 2019 bullet each, Klobuchar said his first bullet each incident marked “a gloomy day in our country.”
The FBI arrests a judge and claims she has prevented the arrest of an illegal alien.
“In America, no one is beyond the law, and Americans deserve to hear evidence and prove their testimony in a full and fair trial in the Senate. If the president has the facts he presents in his defense of the perpetual article, we should hear them,” she said.
After the 2022 FBI raid was attacked at Mar-a-Lago, Klobuchar said, “The law is king, and the former president is not.”
Senator Tina Smith, D-Minn. He also condemned Dugan’s arrest, saying, “If that’s the case.” [FBI Director] Kash Patel and Donald Trump don’t like judges. They think they can arrest them.
“This is amazing. We have to stand up to this glove of blatant power. Republican: Why isn’t this a red line for you?”

Comments for 2020 In his vote to remove Trump from his mission over the abuse of allegations of power, Smith took the constitutional pledge seriously, saying, “No one has surpassed the law, not particularly including the president, tolerate this undermines the core values we support as a nation.”
Smith said he cooperated with the presentation and evidence to reach that conclusion.

“I will follow this case closely and the facts will come out. But I am extremely anxious about the increasingly lawless actions of the Trump administration, especially the ICE, which is acting in ignoring the courts and ignoring the constitution.”

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif) commented on the apparently deleted tweet from Patel, writing to X, “Donald Trump and JD Vance are arresting a judge. Deleting the tweet will not revoke the constitutional crisis you have imposed on us.”
In a 2023 interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt, Kanna said of Trump’s bluff each, “You can’t say, ‘OK, someone was the president, or someone is the candidate, and you’re on the law.” Everyone is under the law and the allegations must pursue evidence. ”
When contacted to comment by Fox News Digital, Khanna said there is no official evidence regarding Dugan about the contrast that Trump “fighted war with the judiciary” but that he “is deeply concerned given the administration’s attack on courts.”
“Even Director Roberts rebuked Trump’s actions against the judiciary,” Kanna added.

D-Wis. Rep. Mark Pokan of the group said the norms have been violated on immigration and legal aspects due to Dugan’s arrest.
In a statement obtained by Fox News Digital, Pocan explained the differences seen between the Dugan and Trump incidents. “Judge Dugan’s arrest is outrageous and a fearful tactic for independent judiciary. Trump always thought he was beyond the law, but now he can promote that limit and push that limit.
“This is what I expect from a third world country.” He told axios.
In a December 2019 statement after the vote in favor of the bluff each, Pokan said Trump “was not responsible for his actions” over 70 years of life.
“Today, Democrats have sent a clear signal to this president and all future presidents. No one has surpassed the law.”
