The United States is “quickly shut down to a very serious constitutional crisis” as judges and courts are swooping to stop Trump’s agenda, says Rep. Derrick Van Olden (R-WI). Breitbart News Daily.
Van Olden said it was essential that the Congress “returns back to where we understand that we are three comparable branches of the government and that they have become completely out of control and politicized, and bring back the jurists out of control.
When host Mike Slater asked what Congress could actually do about this, the Wisconsin legislator said he was “spewing about this with some of my peers.”
“And we are not going to let our plans know until they solidify, but there are some mechanisms that we think need to be installed here, and we will have to work very closely with the executive department.
“But we don’t have the constitutional authority to enforce things, so people are unhappy with Congress. We can investigate, investigate, investigate, and then we have to get it picked up by someone else in the administrative department.

“I don’t use those words lightly, but in this case, the elected branch is an elected branch when an unelected branch is about to destroy the will of the branch – that’s the problem.
“We voted to know that 77 million Americans would take these actions for Donald Trump, and they put injunctions because the Judiciary Branch doesn’t like those actions. That’s not how the constitution is designed,” he added.
