The Federal Communications Commission is putting pressure on Paramount to take more steps to put an end to its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies before it gets approved for a massive merger with SkyDance Media.

“As employees of Paramount Global, we are extremely disappointed, but not surprising, by the decision of our senior leadership team to roll back our commitment to DEI,” read the letter released in March.
