Police say surveillance video in the Bronx shows someone who was dragged and injured after trying to stop a carjacker from stealing the car.
In the April 24 video, you can be seen dragging by a car while hanging from the side of a window. The owner is said to have double-parked his car when he entered the Chinese restaurant for take-out.
In the video, you can see the burglar out from behind the SUV and jump into the car. The victim can be seen running to the frame to try to save his car.

The drugged victim finally fell into the street when the carjacker rushed.
