Tennessee Highway Patrol has released body camera footage of the 2022 encounter Kilmar Abrego-Garciastate troopers suspected he was involved in human trafficking.

Garcia, 29, is a Salvadorian who illegally entered the United States in 2011 and was issued an expelling order in 2019. The previous two judges concluded that Abrego Garcia is likely to be a member of the group. MS-13. He was deported in March and sent to the Terrorist Confinement Centre (CECOT) in El Salvador. Tennessee Highway Patrol attracted Abrego Garcia on November 30, 2022.

A body camera video obtained by Fox News Digital is pulling Abrego-Garcia, who had eight other individuals in his car, as a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper, initially a speeding violation. Every person in the car is a man.

“How many rows did you get in here? Four seats? Four row seats?” You can hear the state trooper say. “Did you add everything?

“He's carrying these people for money,” said a state trooper.

A source familiar with the situation told Fox News Digital that there was a conversation in the compiled portion of the video where state troopers discussed calling for our immigration and customs enforcement. The trooper was called Ice, but he didn't start picking up Abrego Garcia.

Sources added that when the state's troopers entered the National Crime Information Center with Abrego Garcia's name, warnings appeared indicating he was suspected of being a gang member or a terrorist.

In the video, the trooper said Abrego Garcia owns $1,400 in cash, saying it was probably his payment. The trooper also noted that Abrego Garcia had an invalid Maryland driver's license.

According to body camera video, the state trooper who pulled Abrego Garcia said he suspected he was involved in human trafficking. You can hear state troopers say, “This is a good stop.”

During the traffic stop, Abrego Garcia heard him change his story several times. Abrego Garcia said he first returned to his residence in Maryland, then said he would go to another town for work. He said a group of individuals were first driving from St. Louis, Missouri.

Court records filed in Prince George County, Maryland reveal that Abrego Garcia has a history of being a “violent” wife beater.

US District Judge Paula Sinis previously ordered the US government to “promote” Abrego Garcia's return to the United States.
