The Manhunt, which includes drones, helicopters and door-to-door checks, ended on Sullivan Island, South Carolina.
Justin Collin Adams was found and arrested Thursday night, according to the Mount Pleasant Police Department.
According to Sullivan's Island Police Department, he was sought for hit and run.

Chief Glenmeadows of Sullivan's Island Police Station said the car was pulled into Sunrise Presbyterian Church just before 1pm, attacking his parents and two children.
The adult and one child were taken to the hospital in stable condition, Meadows said. The other child was treated on site and released by another parent.
Authorities will not confirm whether the crash is intentional.
Officials believe the suspect is still on Sullivan Island in South Carolina.
